Wills

Do you have a Will?

Research shows that only about a third of people in this country do.

Why have a Will?

It makes sure that after your death everything you own goes to the people you specify. The rules that apply if you die without a Will are complex and it is generally accepted that most people would not want them to apply to their estate.

There can also be major tax savings.

The Wills I prepare are easy to understand, short but thorough, to the point and unambiguous. Not all Wills meet these exacting standards. I also make sure these documents are completed quickly and with no fuss. Contact me for further details.
